Privacy notice
Updated November 7, 2026.
Information we process
We store your account identifier, username/display name, a password hash, sessions and security records. New username accounts do not require a personal email; legacy email accounts retain their email. Recovery codes and extension sync tokens are stored as hashes.
Imported records can include answer and guess coordinates, play/import dates, map names, scores, panorama identifiers, camera settings, notes and record groups. Game coordinates describe game locations, not necessarily your physical location. Operational logs may include IP addresses, request paths, timestamps and errors.
Purpose and access
We process these records to synchronize your library, provide analysis and training, operate accounts and protect the service. Private records are associated with your account and are not public leaderboards. The maintainer has operational access for support, maintenance and recovery. We do not sell your imported records or use them for advertising.
External services
Google Maps and Street View requests are sent to Google, which may receive your IP address, device information and the game locations being requested. These services follow the Google Privacy Policy. Loading an embedded service may use that provider's cookies or browser storage. Hosting and support-email providers also process the data necessary for their services. Discord sign-in is not currently enabled.
Retention and deletion
Online records remain until you change or delete them or close your account. Moving a round to Trash is reversible and is not permanent erasure. Account deletion in Account requires your current password and removes the active account, sessions, sync credentials and private records; cleanup failures are retried during backups. Minimal deletion receipts may be retained for operations and recovery safety.
Older server and maintainer-computer backup copies are not erased immediately. New managed server snapshots rotate after fourteen snapshots; legacy and downloaded copies may remain until manually removed. These copies are isolated from normal website use. Contact us for backup-erasure requests. Recovery procedures must account for deletions made after a snapshot.
Deleting an online account does not remove copies you exported, records in your browser extension, or files on your devices. Administrators must transfer responsibilities before requesting deletion.
Your choices and contact
You can export records, revoke sync tokens, use recovery codes and delete your account. Essential session cookies and local training-selection preferences support those functions; we do not currently add advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
